The Coding Club of the CSE Department, BIRT & BIRTS, proudly presents an exhilarating opportunity to showcase your coding skills and win amazing prizes! Don’t miss out on Code Clash 2K24—a platform to test your programming mettle and shine among the best coders.
🎖 Every participant will receive a participation certificate.
🏅 Additionally, the top 3 winners will be selected and awarded exciting prizes and certificates!
1. Mobile phone 📱: You must bring your mobile phone to the competition. It is essential for participation.
2. ID card🆔: You must carry your ID card for identity verification. Without it, you cannot enter.
3. Payment proof 💳: Bring proof of your payment for entry. This could be a receipt or a screenshot of the payment confirmation.
4. Seating arrangement 🪑: Before sitting, meet with the volunteer assigned to help you & mark your attendance. They will guide you to your seat.
5. No entry 🚷: If you arrive after the specified entry time, you will not be allowed to enter, regardless of your payment status.
6. No exit 🚫: Do not leave the college until the first round results are not declared. This is to maintain fairness and ensure everyone is present for the next steps.
7. Active in group participation 📲: You must stay active in the group chat on the contest day. Important updates will be shared there, and you will not receive phone calls for information.
8. Paper submission 📝: Submit your test paper exactly on time. If you miss the time, you will not submit your paper. your paper will not be considered for results.
9. Certificates🎓: Everyone who attends the prize distribution will receive a certificate. Make sure to be present in prize distribution*

- Entry Timing ⏰ 01:00 PM - You should arrive by this time.
- Entry Closing 🚪: 01:15PM - The doors will close at this time, and latecomers will not be allowed.
- Paper Start 🖊: 1:30 PM - The test will begin at this time.
- Paper Ending ⏲: 02:00 PM - The test will end at this time.
- Result Declaration of 1st round 🎉: 02:15 PM - Results will be announced.
- Second Round Entry Timing ⏱: 02:20PM - Be ready for the second round.
- Second Round Entry Closing 🚫: 02:30 PM - Doors close for the second round.
- Second Round Exam Start * ✏: 02:40 PM - The second round will start.
- Final Prize Distribution🏆: 03:00 PM - Prizes will be distributed.
